Q1. Are you factory or Trade Company?
A: We are professional manufacturer with many years experience.
Q2.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Yangzhou city Jiangsu province.2 hours by train from Shanghai to our factory.
Q3. How can I get samples and how long I can get the samples?
A: We provide samples with free charge,new clients need to pay express delivery costs, which will be deducted from the payment of the formal order. The samples will be sent to you within 2-5 days. Sent by courier and arrive within 3-7 days.
Q4. How long is the delivery time for mass production?
A: It depends on the quantity of the order and the season in which the order is placed. It usually takes about 10 to 20 days.
Q5. What is your payment term?
A: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C at sight.
Q6. How does your factory conduct quality control?
A:Quality is the top priority. All the raw materials we use are environmentally friendly. Workers will pay attention on every detail in the production and packaging process. The quality control department is responsible for the quality inspection of each process.
