PC/ABS is a modified engineering plastic that is synthesised by blending. It is an alloy of two plastics, PC and ABS. PC is polycarbonate and ABS is a copolymer of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B) and phenylethylene (S). This modified plastic has better properties than single PC or ABS. It combines the excellent characteristics of two materials, among which ABS material has excellent formability and low density. PC contributes properties such as heat resistance, toughness, impact strength, flame retardancy, and ultraviolet (UV) resistance 
In addition, PC ABS sheet also has high surface hardness, high rigidity and toughness, and high resistance to stress cracking.
