Product Description

PVC ABS laminates are widely used in the automotive industry for interior molding. The pvc abs laminates developed by our company are made by laminating a pvc skin onto an abs sheet during the sheet extrusion process, and utilizing a slightly higher temperature to make the two bond together just right. This is stronger and more reliable than direct bonding, and the surface texture will not be deformed by high temperature.

 

Process 1

First, use a large processing machine to print the pattern you need on the surface of PVC leather in the color you need, and roll it into a tube.
 

Process 2

The rolled skin is then installed on a machine specialized in manufacturing PVC/ABS composite panels.

Process 3

Start the machine, and when the ABS substrate has just come out of the extrusion machine and is still very hot, stick the PVC skin on the surface of the hot plate.
 

Process 4

Finally, flatten it and machine cut it to the size you need. Our workers will pack it piece by piece and put in desiccant before it is finally finished.
